Yikes.  I just saw this this morning.  Apparently Aviva has filed a lawsuit again Micky and Peter and management for wrongful termination.  I kind of wondered why you don't see her around lately.

Wow! Thanks RJ for posting. This has been a hot topic in the fandom lately with about a 50/50 split over who is in the right with this situation.

Personally, I have always liked Aviva. I have met her several times over the years and she has always been very kind to the fans in my experience.

Peter has a reputation at times for being less than tactful. Some fans blame his Asperger's Syndrome, others say that he can be just downright rude. I hate body shaming, period.

No matter how you slice it, this is definitely bad PR for the 50th Anniversary Tour starting soon.
