I just read an article about Robin William's kids in an estate conflict with his wife whom he'd been married to only since 2011 I believe it was. Sound familiar? I feel sorry for them as I did Davy's daughters. I'm sure this happens all the time--celebrity or not. I have a tendency to side with the kids and I always did, even before Davy's situation. I am divorced and if I were ever to marry again I can't imagine trying to cut out my spouses children.

RJ I saw that the other day and the first thing I thought was Davy along with Casey Kasem (although he's been married to his wife for awhile). I just don't understand how anyone who's been married to someone for three years (in both Davy and Robin's case) would not want the children to receive the bulk of the estate unless that's why they married older man so they will be taken care of. As long as I was provided a place to hang my head I would be happy, JP is out in CA trying to get discovered and from what I have read Robin's wife was self-sufficient, these men work years to build their careers and support the families, those kids were around in the rough days and should be able to live their lives they way their dads would want them to.

well, good for JP out there. Davy's kids are her age and were there in his life forever. She was for a couple years. Maybe she should have been a little more careful with his health.
