60's Flower Power Convention/ Cruise

It looks like Jodi Monkeescon Ritzen is planning a 60's themed convention/cruise for Feb 29, 2016.

There was also an announcement that came through via the cruise company Excellence In Travel about a 60's Flower Power Cruise for Feb 29, 2016.

Now the Cruise coordinator dropped some names of musical guests while Jodi keeps making it a guessing game, lol! I guess the wires got crossed somewhere.

Note: The Cruise coordinator wants to change the name from the "MONKEES CRUISE - A 50-YEAR FAN CELEBRATION", to the "60's Flower Power Cruise" but FB won't allow a name change apparently?

Just my 2 cents, they both need to be on the same page and have one page dedicated to the upcoming adventure, not two separate ones. They should also agree on releasing musical guest information.

Well, now I'm confused here.  I thought I saw on Jodi's page that she was a little miffed that someone was stealing their thunder and she was not affiliated with this other entity at all?

I am confused as well, Jodi was saying that unless it was her or Phyllis to more or less take anything with a grain of salt, I thought I saw something mentioned too by Jodi that it had nothing to do with a cruise, I notice Micky is on the list of performers on the cruise this other woman is planning, I find it interesting a bit too that Jodi seems to have latched on to Michael with that chiller con being the same weekend that Micky and Peter are up in Canada, I don't know why she doesn't come out and say anything if this in fact is the same cruise, it should be interesting to see what happens, me thinks Jodi who I don't know at all but makes me think she likes to be the center of attention and doesn't like anyone stealing her glory, just my personal thoughts there.

I see the entertainment line-up for the Flower Power Cruise has been announced. Wow. What a line-up. That's a year away so it could/probably will change, but still. Would be a lot of fun to see all of those groups even though some aren't the original members. I can tolerate that except when it comes to the Monkees, ha. I'm not into cruises, but this would be a good one. There's too many other things I could do around my house with a couple thousand bucks (more with the bar bill LOL) than spend it on a boat for just 5 days.

So let me clear up the confusion with the cruise again. Excellence travel is a travel agency that is permitted to sell The Flower Power Cruise. The difference is that I was brought onto the cruise to do Monkees Events with all of you who call in and give the code Monkees Convention and will be working directly with Micky on different special VIP events that are for JUST monkees fans who did give that code. There is no other travel agent who is permitted to offer that VIP. Micky will NOT be at any other VIP parties or anything different then just our events as agreed directly from the producer of the cruise. There is no problem booking elsewhere. Maybe the cost is higher? Maybe there are different incentives that are good or better for you, that is great, I am NOT discouraging anyone from purchasing a trip elsewhere. I am just protecting the Monkees fans to let them know if you book without that code or with Excellence in Travel, you will NOT be on the VIP list for the special VIP events with Micky. That was my whole concern, that you would be mislead. There was a VIP party advertised with that company that Micky would be there. That is 100% incorrect. We are the only group that will have exclusivity to him for VIP. I hope this clears it up for you all. If you don't want or need this special VIP which costs NOTHING extra, you can book with anyone.
